Hi Reader,
The women we work with aren’t lacking ideas or ambition. They have that in spades.
What they’re lacking is space.
Mental space.
Emotional space.
Time to think a thought all the way through. (Moms...you get this, right?)
And without that space, it’s hard to imagine anything beyond what’s right in front of you.
The to-do lists, meetings, laundry, bills, emails, obligations...
And when you’re in that place, possibility doesn’t feel exciting.
It feels far away. Indulgent, even.
You can’t create what you can’t imagine.

And you won’t imagine anything different if you’re always stuck in survival mode.
That’s why we return to this question again and again:
"If there were no constraints, what might be possible for you today?"
We often think of possibility as something fixed.
Like it's a plan we have documented, a vision board or list of goals we’ve mapped out and declared we will make happen in the next 3-5 years.
We believe real possibility is softer than that.
It’s openness over control.
Possibility lives in the space between where you are and where you hope you could be.
The shift you’re craving but haven’t even allowed yourself to say it out loud.
Possibility asks, “What if this could be different?”
Not in five years. Not after the next milestone. But now.
And most of the time, what’s in the way isn’t a lack of creativity or ambition.
It’s the old beliefs we’ve absorbed about who we’re allowed to be, what we’re allowed to want, and how safe it is to dream beyond our current circumstances.
Here’s a framework to start opening the door again:
1. Ask:
What’s one desire or idea I’ve been circling around, but not letting in?
2. Listen:
What fear or old belief might be holding me back?
3. Soften:
What’s one small way I could explore this without needing all the answers?
That’s it.
Possibility doesn’t require a plan.
Just a willingness to imagine.
