Those are just some of the examples that Dr. Gabrielle Pelicci mentioned when she joined me on this week’s episode of Life Intended.

Gabby is a trauma recovery expert, holistic health professor, and bestselling author.
She’s spent decades studying healing and walking through it herself.
She reminded us of something that some of us may not be aware of or thinking about.
