[Life Intended] Quick life check-In

Hey Reader,

We’re officially in Q2 a welcome fresh season and what I always like to look at as a bit of a fresh start.

And before we dive into more doing, I want to invite you to pause and reflect:

🔶 Where are you thriving?
🔶 Where are you just getting by?
🔶 Where do you feel completely depleted?

One of the most powerful tools we use in our Women’s Circles and our recent Women in Energy talk is the Life Wheel. The Life Wheel is a simple visual to help you look at different areas of your life and see what’s asking for attention.

Here’s how it works:
You assess key areas like career, health, relationships, fun, finances, personal growth, and environment and rate each one on a scale from 1 to 10 based on how fulfilled you feel.

This exercise is about awareness, not perfection.

When you know where you’re off-balance, you can start taking intentional steps to realign.

If you’re craving a little more clarity this quarter, I made a downloadable Life Wheel worksheet for you to print, draw, or just use as a prompt to reflect.

Let this be your gentle reminder:
🔶 You don’t need to overhaul your whole life.
🔶 You just need to realign one small area at a time.

With you on the journey,

Hi Reader, From KellySadie wrote something new yesterday and I absolutely love her framing. Sharing it here because so many of us are in a “something’s changing” season. From SadieThresholds are the moments in life when you feel the ground moving under your feet. You’re not fully where you were, and not quite where you’re going. Maybe you recognize yourself here: You’re leading at work and feel the weight of expectations from every direction. You’re returning after maternity leave or another...

Life Intended podcast with host Kelly Berry and guest Julia Arpag

Hi Reader, So many of us spend years looking outside ourselves for the next right move. We hire experts, read books, scroll through advice, hoping someone else will hand us the answer. Here’s the shift we’re inviting you to make: leading yourself starts when you stop outsourcing your power. You can lean on resources and wisdom while still remembering that you get the final say. Reflection, tools, and community are here to bring you back to what you already know, not to shape you into someone...

Sadie Wackett, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Chief People Officer looking over her shoulder

Hi Reader, Have you ever felt: "I want two things at once, and I feel guilty or confused no matter what I choose.” I want to work, and I want more time with my kids.I want to be needed and I want freedom.I want to reach my full potential and I want to rest. It feels like contradiction. But what if it’s actually your inner voice, knocking at the door? The way we’ve been taught to live is cracking. Burnout rates are at record highs, technology is accelerating at inhuman speeds, and many of us...
