If you’ve been feeling a little lost…This might be why

Hey Reader,

Have you ever looked around at your life - the job, the schedule, the relationships - and thought:
"I have so much to be grateful for…why do I feel so off?"

If that’s you right now, you're not alone.

A lot of women, especially high-functioning, thoughtful, get-it-done women are quietly carrying a deep, unspoken question:

Who am I right now?

Not the role you play at work.

Not the version of you your family depends on.

Not the reliable one, or the productive one, or the one who holds it all together.

But the you underneath all of that.

The you that maybe hasn’t had much space lately.

We don’t talk about it much, but identity loss is real. Especially for women who’ve spent years living for the next milestone, for other people’s approval, or just trying to make everything work.

And it doesn’t happen all at once.

It’s slow. Subtle. Silent.

  • You start saying “I’m fine” when you’re not. (🙋 GUILTY!)
  • You stop doing the things that light you up because they feel optional.
  • You catch yourself thinking, I just need to get through this week...every. single. week.

Here’s what I want you to know: You’re not broken. You’re buried.

And the real you? She’s not gone. She’s just waiting for your attention again.

That’s where self-leadership begins. Not in more hustle, or fixing, or doing more.
But in the quiet decision to stop disappearing into the roles you’ve been playing.

If this hits close to home, join us for our Friday Reset, our free weekly coaching session. Or join us for our upcoming 6-week Self-Leadership Blueprint program.

These are spaces we're creating to breathe, reflect, connect and reset so that you can live a life that feels as good as it looks.

Because when you start to reconnect with who you are beyond what you do, everything shifts.

See you soon,

Who am I trying to be for everyone else and what part of me is getting lost in the process?

Hi Reader, Before we get into it today, I wanted to remind all of our local South Florida friends that tonight is our July Monthly Reset. Come join Sadie and I as we explore the topic of Boundaries, connect with other like-minded women, and reset for the month ahead. We meet at om shanti yoga in Tequesta at 7:15pm and would love to see you there! And now, on to a topic I think many of you who run your own businesses or are in leadership positions will resonate with! If you’ve ever thought…"...

Hey Reader, Do you ever find yourself losing it over something small, then wondering, “Uhhhh, what just happened?” Sadie and I have both been there. That’s actually how this week’s conversation started on the podcast: with a story about sunglasses, a slammed door, and very big feelings that didn’t make sense…until they did. Here’s what we’ve both learned on our journeys (the hard way): Most of us were never taught how to really feel our emotions, let alone understand them. We’re taught to...

Life Intended Podcast with host Kelly Berry and guest Ashley Jordan

Hey Reader, Have you ever confused approval with love? Think about that for a moment. That’s a big question. If we're honest, I think most of us have, at some point. We’re taught to be good, impressive, selfless, pleasing. We earn gold stars and praise and think, this must be love. But what if it’s not? This week’s podcast conversation is one we’re still thinking about and honestly, a message we think a lot of women need to hear. Ashley Jordan, lawyer, journalist and author of Unhappy...
