[Life Intended] A Different Way to Dream About Your Life

Hi Reader,

Before I get started today, I wanted to remind you that TODAY is our first Masterclass - it's at noon ET and available to anyone. Click here to register and join us!

Now onto today's topic - this is really fun, empowering and exciting.

Last week during our Friday Reset call, we explored a question that sparked some really powerful reflection:

If you had no constraints (no limits around money, time, or resources) what possibilities might you consider for your life?

It’s a simple question on the surface.

But once you sit with it, it opens a door that most of us rarely even knock on.

We spend so much of our lives in pursuit. Pushing, striving, controlling, chasing goals we think we’re supposed to want.

Possibility feels different.
Possibility feels open, effortless, expansive, exciting, even mysterious.

It reminds us that we don’t have to overhaul our lives to experience change.

Sometimes we just need to give ourselves permission to imagine what's possible without judgment, without a plan, and without the pressure to immediately make it “productive.”

Sometimes the smallest shift begins with the boldest question:
What if more is available to you than you’re allowing yourself to believe?

Just notice what comes up. No action required yet.

At Life Intended, this is the kind of work we believe in.
Not just checking more boxes, chasing more goals, or pushing harder.

We exist to help you think more expansively.

To reconnect with who you are, what you want, and how you want to live before the world told you who you needed to be.

Because life isn’t meant to feel like a list of obligations.
It’s meant to feel like it was designed for you.

Through our programs, conversations, and coaching experiences, Sadie and I are building a space where women can stop running on autopilot and start leading themselves forward with clarity, self-trust, and confidence.

You don’t have to fix yourself.
You just have to come back to yourself.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re craving more possibility, more intentionality, and more alignment, we’d love to have you join us for our next Friday Reset.

It’s free. It’s real. It’s an invitation to imagine what else might be waiting for you.

Here’s to more possibility,
Kelly + Sadie

Hey Reader, Do you ever find yourself losing it over something small, then wondering, “Uhhhh, what just happened?” Sadie and I have both been there. That’s actually how this week’s conversation started on the podcast: with a story about sunglasses, a slammed door, and very big feelings that didn’t make sense…until they did. Here’s what we’ve both learned on our journeys (the hard way): Most of us were never taught how to really feel our emotions, let alone understand them. We’re taught to...

Hey Reader, Have you ever confused approval with love? Think about that for a moment. That’s a big question. If we're honest, I think most of us have, at some point. We’re taught to be good, impressive, selfless, pleasing. We earn gold stars and praise and think, this must be love. But what if it’s not? This week’s podcast conversation is one we’re still thinking about and honestly, a message we think a lot of women need to hear. Ashley Jordan, lawyer, journalist and author of Unhappy...

Hey Reader, At some point, most of us start to feel a quiet discomfort…A sense that the life we’re living doesn’t quite match who we are.But it can be hard to name what’s wrong because on paper, things seem fine. In this week’s Life Intended podcast, Sadie and I are unpacking something that sits at the root of that feeling: identity. We’re talking about: – The early labels we absorb (“the good one,” “the strong one,” “the achiever”) – The ways we wear masks to fit into roles that were never...
